  • I am an integrative therapist-meaning I use techniques from multiple therapy styles. I approach all styles of therapy with a trauma-informed lens. Some of the therapy styles that I pull from are: Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MBCBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Parts work.

  • The length of your time in therapy is dependent on several factors. The first is what evidenced-based practice of therapy allows us to best treat your symptoms and offers you success at meeting your goals. The second is the motivation for change that you have. Therapy can be tough work but if both you and I are dedicated to achieving your goals, that work will be worth it.
